How to actually practice self-compassion.

How to actually practice self-compassion.

A woman with long dark hair and tattoos covering her arms, wearing a black top, covers her eyes with her hands.

“You just need to give yourself more grace.”

Honestly, what does that even mean?! How do we *actually* give ourselves more compassion?

Parenting is HARD, even on our best days. How the heck do we treat ourselves with compassion on the hard days? And honestly, why do we need to?

Join me, Dr. Chrissy Chard as I dig into what self-compassion actually is, why it’s beneficial to practice, and how we can actually make it a regular habit. We will also dig into some of our hesitations, like, “if I am just always nice to myself, how will I motivate myself to change?”

You won't want to miss this!

The recording will be sent out and live for 72 hours after the webinar.
